Ann Johnson is a Saint Louis-based artist and Engineer in Training. She received her Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering in May of 2022 and is working towards her Professional Engineer’s license. Artistically, she is motivated by light, and seeks to explore the ways that light can intensify experience.
She began focusing on making sculptural works in 2015, and has explored various methods of building, controlling, and installing works since then. She enjoys making wall pieces along with production-oriented stage pieces and is constantly exploring new ways of AV control.
